Daily Schedule

  1. Drop-off: 7:30–7:50 AM
  2. School Day: 7:55 AM – 2:45 PM
  3. Friday Mass: 8:15 AM — families welcome
  4. Lunch: 11:30 AM – 12:10 PM
  5. Recess: Morning & afternoon
  6. Pick-up: 2:45 PM — car line or extended care

Specials Rotation

  1. Monday: Spanish
  2. Tuesday: PE
  3. Wednesday: Music
  4. Thursday: Art
  5. Friday: PE & Library

Uniforms & Dress

  1. Official Holy Rosary uniform Monday–Thursday.
  2. Mass-appropriate dress or uniform on Friday Mass days.
  3. Spirit wear or free dress on Spirit Days.
  4. Label sweaters, vests and jackets with your child’s name.
  5. Closed-toe shoes required every day.

Lunch & Snacks

  1. Order hot lunch through My Hot Lunchbox.
  2. Pack a nut-aware snack daily.
  3. Send a labeled water bottle every day; bottles go home Friday to wash.
  4. No soda or candy in lunches.
  5. Birthday treats must be store-bought and nut-free.

Health & Allergies

  1. Report absences to the office before 8:00 AM.
  2. Keep your child home for fever, vomiting or 24-hour illness.
  3. Medication must be checked in with the school office.
  4. Class allergy: pineapple — please avoid for classroom treats.
